要如何練習 - 路跑 Road Running

我已經有好一段時間沒有跑步
只有偶爾打打球
想問如果現在要開始訓練跑步
我應該怎麼起步?
先快走嘛? 還是?
然後應該要怎麼抓份量呢?
昨天因為有跑了1km(應該很短 ><)
但是一回來整個快要累爆
時間大概5分鐘
但是我是用慢跑
我是不是跑太快了
希望大家給我這個超級新手一些意見
