腳跟先或者腳尖先著地 - 路跑 Road Running

本來想學習正確姿勢,卻發現越爬文越混亂,
這兩派各有擁護者...
自己以前看到的書是說,腳跟先著地再帶動,如同下面網頁的正確姿勢,

而有些板友信誓旦旦的說是腳尖著地才是正確的,
但是印象中,腳尖著地不是短程快跑的時候才會用的方法嗎?
這樣會比較避免膝蓋受傷?
請問支持腳尖著地派的板友是否有文獻可供參考呢?
問題1.究竟哪裡先著地好?
問題2.是否有推薦的參考書籍呢?
問題3.跑完後小腿痠正常,或者大腿痠正常?
關於問題3,有聽同學說,小腿會痠的話容易傷到膝蓋?
大腿痠才是正確方法。
但是這卻和板上很多人說的小腿痠才正常相反,讓人很疑惑...
因為本身膝蓋不是很好,不希望讓他繼續惡化,
所以很想確定到底正確姿勢是如何。但是精華區&杷文卻又找不到確切答覆...
或者和我以前上課的觀念有落差...
