小弟現在半馬速度大約110分(平地馬),一週練跑三天,
大約都跑10-14K間,請問有什麼方法可以有效率的提升半馬速度呢?
希望能到達100分甚至9X分跑完半馬的成績,是該練間歇跑嗎?
該怎麼排訓練課表比較好?
