跑前水分補充的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

今天跑了4KM,速度是平均 7:09/1km (8.4km/hr)
因為天氣炎熱,最近跑汗都飆很多
今天整天喝的水比較少,
開始跑之後,大約3200M時開始很渴
不知道為什麼突然心裡覺得很不耐煩,但身體不太累,
今日預定跑4K、就忍住心裡不快的感覺把他跑完,但那感覺很不舒服
不知道是不是身體缺水的關係,這樣的話跑前喝些水會比較好吧?
請問跑前大家會喝水嗎? 大概喝多少呢?
