腳趾和膝蓋 - 路跑 Road Running

慢跑一年多了, 中間有一陣子斷斷續續,
最近這4個月又回復到比較密集的次數,
一個禮拜4天,
每次都跑400最外圈12~15圈,
大概35~45分.
最近發現一久坐, 或盤腿久了,
膝蓋就會隱隱作痛...
但是平常跑步或走路不會.
右腳大拇趾的皮也越磨越厚,
天氣乾冷還會裂小縫,
是這樣的運動量對我來講太過了嗎? (女性/學生)
有人建議跑一休一,
不過我怕這樣無法達到減脂肪的功效.
