練5k方法 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟我開始“認真”跑步約4個月 xddd
(平時有運動, 172/65kg)
4個月總跑量累積160km 平均40/月
最長單趟10km
初期5k大約25'40"
最近可以跑到24'30" 如下連結

通常都是跑完郊區(有緩坡)的隔幾天
來操場測5k會有比較好的成績xdd
依據我近幾次5k的記錄
大概3、4km後開始覺得腳跟不太上
開始變慢
後面是可以再提速回來
但就是心裡覺得快跑完了才撐上去的感覺(?)
請問有什麼練法可分享嗎?
例如400m間歇?跑緩坡?還是只要增加跑量即可?
沒有遠大目標 近期只想跑進24分內xd
