完全沒在運動的想要以跑步鍛鍊一下身體 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
我是23歲,BMI剛剛算了是在15.5值...
好我知道太誇張了QQ
是隻小小隻的女生
只是因為我這幾年來,大概是4.5年吧,除非有體育課否則我都沒有在運動的...
需要用到體力的活力我都是下意識的能避免則避免...
(比如搬家、打工時會盡量避免須要搬東西之類的)
所以就是一個標準魯宅,可以達到7天足不出戶,飯來張口水來伸手...
但是如果環境或是要出遠門我一定會這天完全不吃東西也不喝東西
因為我吃東西會想吐,我膀胱有問題所以怕頻尿
現在剛搬完家,達成53小時沒有進食...但是有喝一瓶含糖飲料和一瓶能量飲料
正常就引發了低血糖...偏頭痛1天了+全身發抖
導致我感覺我這樣不行...
因為我發覺,我只要搬家只是搬個2-5kg左右,爬一層樓就喘得跟頭牛一樣
還有只是走路走個30分鐘左右買個晚餐之類的回到家也會喘...
也是太誇張了
我家附近有一個操場可以跑,所以想說至少一禮拜2次過去跑一下
想問一下大家如果像這樣情況去跑的話
該要怎樣去拿捏對自己身體才是相對比較好的不會反而傷害到身體?
