短距離慢跑到底該用腳掌的哪一個部位著地 - 路跑 Road Running

如題
小弟的練習距離大約4~5km,30分鐘完成,一週2~3次
這麼低的強度之下到底是用腳的哪一個部位接觸地面比較好呢?
我都是用腳掌前一半左右的部位,目前無不適感,但是會不會對膝蓋造成負擔?
我之前左腳膝蓋附近有受過傷,2年前的狀況還是跑800公尺就會酸痛不已
如果距離又要再拉長時,情況又會變成如何?
