本人跑步到現在大概有兩年
但是之前的心態一直都是以減肥跟維持肌耐力為主
最近比較想要提升一下體能
爬精華區當然會提到有關間歇
所以小弟就把自己跑的內容講一下請版友指教
我是跑一百的衝刺 六百的慢跑 然後總距離六千
也就是我跑完一百的衝刺後 就以六百的慢跑當休息 跑到六千公尺後收
請版友給點意見 謝謝
