身高170體重77標準體重似乎是6x我知道我太胖了想要減重該做甚麼運動可以長高又減重??跳繩可以改原地跳嗎??仰臥起坐真的可以消肚子嗎??一天要做幾個??如果我要把體重減到6開頭飲食該如何??運動又該如何??(幫我排)我每天早上6點30上學晚上6:30到家不太可能出去運動請排在家運動方式我水每天都有喝2000�
