國一生減肥和身高方法(我是男生喔)(急) - 運動

我是一個為了身高和體重在煩惱的國一生我身高162~165多體重7x(快破80了!!)一想到要量體重就很害怕我希望再國二之前要減到50幾(會不會太多啦...)身高想要到167(180為底限)以上我不想要花錢的減肥不知道可不可以在一個禮拜內減掉5公斤?希望有人可以幫助我謝謝!!!
