本人的工作是大夜的抽菸.喝酒.熬夜.三餐不正常每天睡醒去補校上課,上課完工作工作完回家睡覺想請問各位有甚麼方法可以是真正減重減脂的(要能配合我時間還有我生活的方法)(廣告不要來,滾)
