生一場大病後的復健運動 - 路跑 Road Running

看這邊都是路跑、長跑,不知道我說這個合不合適!
大約九年多前生了一場大病(甲狀腺亢進,幾乎是甲狀腺風暴),連睡覺時的心跳都是超
過130。
差一點登出人生!隨時帶著一顆心臟藥。
瘦到38公斤,連走路都有問題。因為完全沒有肌肉,膝蓋長期發炎。
以前因為膝蓋周圍完全沒有肌肉,所以要走路時痛到無法言語。我用備長炭和Phiten 保
護膝蓋。
我開始復健,訓練走路,走百貨公司比較涼(家的旁邊就是百貨公司),如果跌倒也容易
發覺。就這樣走了五年。體重慢慢恢復。
五年後開始拉單槓、雙環、雙槓,小小跑步(老人那種小跑步);深蹲(訓練膝蓋旁肌肉
)
第五年中期,除了單槓外,開始跑 100公尺(因為醫生要我間歇跑,不要長跑)
第七年 開始跑 100公尺、200公尺。
第八年 100公尺(五趟)、200公尺(三趟)、單槓、雙環、雙槓、跳繩。(運動一天、
休息一天)
我想說的是,我沒有換人工膝蓋,但是我恢復了。
我兩個月前(疫情未發生前)100公尺還可以跑13.8秒 穿一般的路跑鞋。
我想說的是,我膝蓋長期發炎只剩下骨頭互撞,我都恢復了。
另一個疑問是,100公尺跑13.8秒,如果穿上釘鞋,大概可以快多少啊?有人知道嗎?
哈哈哈!因為一起運動的老人們一直叫我去比長青盃(60歲組)。一直在考慮。
但我老婆、女兒不准我比賽,怕我如果比賽用力跑會跌倒;
老人跌倒了,可不好玩!!

補充整理一下,也激勵一下每個人,沒有做不到的。
我從不太能走路,到開始小跑步時(戴醫療護膝),痛到快閃尿!也很怕膝蓋是不是會脫
離,甚至斷了。
到現在很正常的運動,我證明了運動反而會使膝蓋更耐用,但是也不能過度。
