強者我朋友,真的我朋友,秀出他的錶,6月份居然跑了241.66km!!!
我曾經親眼目睹他戴口罩,10km,用5分半速在跑。我問他怎麼有辦法戴口罩這樣跑,他只
給我一個詭異的笑容。
然後他開玩笑說:「有沒有可能,我是全台灣6月份跑量最多的人?」
三級警戒,很難找到合適的跑步地點,各位跑友,請問你們6月跑量多少,有人比他多嗎?

HwaSin大,我是覺得要看訓練的內容,如果是有氧燃脂的話,當然是一次跑9K效果比較好,要進入有氧系統需要一段時間來準備(有人說是20分鐘),分兩次跑5K的話,不是剛要進入有氧期的時候就結束了嗎?

戴口罩月跑200多只能說不錯,但實在算不上特別,最近早上隨便福和橋河濱寶藏巖國手之道亂抓一位看起來跑得不錯跑者,他們的月跑量可能都至少這樣起跳,月跑量400多的可能都不少,不多人每天至少跑十幾公里以上

我六月全程口罩跑步不喝水也跑了300,速度不快約六分速,國手之道一堆人比我早跑,比我晚回去,每公里速度比我快至少30秒起跳,幾乎天天跑,你說他們月跑量會多少

馬拉松世界的確很多人的數據一看就很假 還有明顯是騎腳踏車卻登錄為跑步的情況 這不是個性太粗線條 就是刻意造假這世界喜歡膨風的人不少 從八卦板問跑3k底下的推文就可以略知一二 其實看多了也就見怪不怪了

馬拉松世界有很多人是數據自動傳上去,他們自己沒有在注意的。我有個朋友就是騎單車但都是登錄為跑步,他自己完全沒在看。所以不用因為別人的紀錄而影響自己的心情。
