配速跑還是看心率? - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
小的跑步約一年
每月約跑100-140KM
每次約40分-60分
5~8KM左右 沒有拚速度
但最近疫情升溫
跑步次數降低很多
今天微解封
清晨外出戴口罩跑個5K看看
雖然速度還可以 約5K31分鐘
但心跳都到160-170
想請問大家
根據Jack Daniels' VDOT和
跑步科學網站(參考做個有智慧的跑者)推算
我的輕鬆跑應該在每公里8分10秒左右
所以我應該多跑這樣速度左右的輕鬆跑
來重新建立有氧耐力嗎?
還是看心率~心率到140左右就要降速?
