到最近的狀況

過年是86.2啦,家用兩點式體脂計28.6%
直到有標示重訓的日子開始稍微做一點點重訓以防肌肉消耗太多
跑步距離和速度漸增
這三週的跑步都是10K 1hr左右
昨天的inbody
