平常在下班後就會去附近的運動場跑步,可是有時候加班的話就沒辦法去....
因為這樣所以就想說在家也跳個有氧達到運動的目的,順便減肥@@....
可是我看其他人有說到達到燃燒脂肪的效果是看心跳的次數
我昨天跳了大約有半個小時,汗是流了一堆,可是並不會很喘...
那我這樣是不是沒有效果啊....是否要加長時間呢....
有氧的影片我是從這個版上有人貼的影片照著跳.....
我是第一次嚐試在家跳有氧運動,跳完的隔天大腿的肌肉有點酸....
順便問一個,如果要達到減脂的效果,除了靠運動,飲食方面該怎麼調整呢...
我是早中餐都正常吃,油炸都不碰,晚上因為會跑步所以也都沒吃,頂多喝牛奶...
肚子的肥肉一直瘦不下來,看了就很杜X.....= =
可否指點一下小弟呢?給我六塊肌吧@@
忘了說,在家也會做仰臥起做.......
