舉凡跑步.游泳.腳踏車.飛輪.有氧操
好像沒有不動到腳的有氧
因為右腿膝蓋右側跟左腳底板不適 醫生建議休息
曾經有段時間只舉啞鈴加腹部運動 感覺整體肉變鬆垮
如果完全沒運動 體重還蠻容易上升
想請教如果不動到雙腳 怎麼安排有氧的運動 以利脂肪的饒燒 ??
