成大醫學院生理所證實「某些特定的運動更可以使頭腦壯壯(聰明)」,論文5月發表於
國際知名生理學期刊,紐約時報記者9/16『到底哪種運動會使得我們變得更聰明』新聞報
導中大幅引用,國際網路引發熱烈討論。
任卓穎表示,將小白鼠放在跑步機上,強迫連續每天跑步1小時,每周5天、持續4周,發現
小白鼠的確變聰明,比起隨機性在滾輪跑動的小白鼠,固定運動的小白鼠在尋找水迷宮上
費時較短,學習能力強。能讓心肺呼吸運作的運動優先,像是跑步、游泳、騎腳踏車都最
適合,最好每天固定運動一小時,心跳每分鐘達一百二十下,建議國中小採用游泳、騎腳
踏車耗費心肺功能的運動,對於腦部正在發育中的孩子幫助應該更大。
