用慢跑來減重~但是膝蓋卻開始疼痛~"~ - 路跑 Road Running

我是個胖子
身高176 體重85
最近想用慢跑來幫自己減重一下
已經慢跑3天了(約跑2公里)
今天(第4天)開始
一跑,卻發現右腳膝蓋疼痛不已(只有右腳)
這就是人家常說的運動傷害嗎???
請鄉民指導我一下
我現在應該是讓膝蓋休息一下+噴一點肌樂
還是不管疼痛繼續跑下去,跑習慣就好了???
實在是不想繼續當胖子呀
而且跑阿跑的竟然越跑越有興趣了
不想中斷呀~~~~~~~~
