昨天我第一次上pump,可是我不知道我拿多重的,應該是最小的四個,一邊二個
在做仰臥的訓練的時候,我不會覺得重,但是槓鈴就是會拿不穩,沒辦法平平的推上放下
今天早上起床的時候就發現,右邊比較酸,左邊就比較沒什麼感覺
是我拿太重嗎??? 還是肌肉不夠,所以會拿不穩???
