: 長時間的有氧運動會迫使身體索求肌肉作為燃燒的薪柴,
想請教一下
如果我連續買十公里, 算一小時好了
這一小時內, 身體會燃燒我的脂肪, 當然也會燃燒我的肌肉
這叫無差別待遇..全部燒光光
在跑完這一小時之後, 我接著再來做重訓
那麼我的肌肉, 是不是可以補回來?
PS.運動完後, 喝無糖豆漿..是不是可以幫忙回復肌肉?
