有可能練跑後,肌肉不會酸痛,但卻傷膝蓋嗎 - 路跑 Road Running

原本最遠只跑7~8KM, 上星期六一口氣跑了15KM.
跑完後肌肉完全不會傷痛,但.2~3天後卻發現膝蓋在站起來時會酸痛.
跑步;走路;半蹲下樓梯時都不會不舒服,就只有蹲下時要站起來才會痛
想請問這種情況代表已到膝蓋了嗎,還是..可以繼續跑呢.
