嗨 各位路跑板友大家好
小弟最近開始正視自己的體重...所以加入跑步健身的行列!!
先說說自己的體能吧...自從國中畢業以後就很少運動了
高中只有體育課會打打籃球...
最近開始跑步前 最後一次跑步是大一體適能的1600M......之後根本沒在跑
直到了現在大四畢業了....時光飛逝 我的體格也變成標準的宅宅體格
身高:173cm
體重:80kg
最近開始跑步了...有在板上潛水一陣子做功課
跑步的地點為國小操場PU跑道 最內圈是200M 最外圈是252M
我都盡量跑外圈
第一天開始跑的時候只跑了一圈200M就快死了.........
讓我驚覺我的體能已經差到一個極致

跑了一陣子後
目前最多只能連續跑個1K 之後就不行了
只能走一下 跑一下
不過我每天還是堅持一小時 大概20~25圈左右
算一算差不多4K~5K 不過其中還是走一下跑一下
由於之前我都穿平底的休閒鞋跑 每天跑完腳都很痛
所以這兩天跑去買了一雙便宜的跑鞋 品牌是DIADORA
這牌子算入門嗎 我也不知道 好像很多人一入門就ADI..NIKE或是MIZUNO
只是希望不要每天跑完腳都很痛
穿起來還算舒適 哈

廢話講那麼多XD 主要是想問一下各位
現在我跑到一半右側腹部都會很痛....是什麼原因呢?
我大概都是中餐正常吃 然後下午六點多開始跑 跑到七點多
要跑前會吃一兩片巧克力+水 是不是跑步前不能吃東西呢?
還有要如何增進體能? 看板上很多人隨便一跑就5K..10K的 太恐怖啦
我每天運動完幾乎從頭頂濕到內褲 超誇張的 狂飆汗
不知道這樣算不算有運動到?

ps.對了 補個跑了一陣子的小心得 就是新手千萬別亂跟著阿伯跑
他們都超強的 青青菜菜就幾十圈了...Orz
