課程介紹:這是一堂很容易入手的課程,
利用抗力球來做一些肌力的雕塑,
所以沒有快節奏的音樂跟花俏的動作,
即使沒法子做到教練要求的動作,
也可以自己稍做休息 XD
抗力球有很多不同的大小,
可以依自己的身材來選擇。
