扁平足穿五指鞋的運動傷害 - 路跑 Road Running

原先是穿扁平足的跑鞋,但穿不習慣,儘管是用前腳掌著地,腳踝內側膝蓋都會痛
直到換了五指鞋
穿了以後,跑長距離的,如:LSD 30k 或全馬,腳踝內側都很痛
不過至少膝蓋不會痛了
想問說有沒有扁平足的人腳踝內側也會痛的?
補充一下好了,我買五指鞋到跑全馬是循序漸進的
有慢慢讓腳指拉筋、抓毛巾練腳指,從短距離慢慢增加到長距離
再從平路跑到山路
