Body Pump X1
Tue
Body Combat X1
Wen
Body Pump X1

Fri
Body Combat X1
Sat
Spinning(60min)/Weight Lift X1
Sun
Spinning(60min) X1
主要目的在降低體脂
一週兩次的Pump保護身體肌肉量
兩次的Combat中間後不在接高有氧以免干擾我重訓的效果
打算再加一堂Pilates強化核心
下一個課表就要把Combat去掉都改重量衝我的肌肉量了
