去年第一次跑21K
回程沒多久腳抽筋..然後一拐一拐的跑回終點
時間是2小時13分多
那時候的練習量..只有休假時操場跑半小時..
.........................................
今年的練習量加倍..
如果只有休假半天就操場跑一小時
或者挑自行車路線兩個小時
體重一模一樣
今天跑的感覺不錯
全程呼吸都很順.小腳也沒抽筋
時間是2小時7分鐘
還有很大的進步空間
..............................
接下來的練習量提升到3個小時
先預約明年的陽明山路跑..我要超越自己!
