慢跑的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟慢跑快四個月
跑三休ㄧ 每次45分鐘
跑步機速度是7.1 有點喘的程度
只是最近脊椎越來越不舒服
彎腰或蹲下都有點怪怪的...
仔細想想每次跑步都是脊椎再出力
大大可以說明嗎? 感謝~
用腹部出力感覺也很怪 可是上半身又要支撐挺起
