俊男老師教的小撇步
本來是用在pump60 lunge那首歌
因為這次lunge是利用step來增加lunge的力矩
增加肌力的訓練
俊男老師說,怕我們的踏板太爛了
lunge到一半,腿就劈出去
所以教我們用一個5kg的槓片放在踏板下面
記住~要5kg的喔~
因為5kg的槓片的直徑才夠大到撐足踏板的距離
我覺得這個比止滑墊還好用
話說上個星期六阿雄的step
我就試著用俊男老師教的這一招
step雖然又破又爛,但是加上5kg的槓片
真的就變得超穩不滑了
