微破PB的Nike女子半馬 - 路跑 Road Running

第一場路跑賽事是2011年的Free yourself Nike 女生路跑,
接下來每年的Nike路跑都幾乎沒有錯過,大概是一個報恩(凱子娘)的心態吧XD
這場還是在什麼都沒有公告的情形下眼睛就閉著報下去了
(事實證明比起事前公告精美賽後乾那賽的鳳凰谷,這場還算可以...)
第一場半馬是2012年底的太魯閣馬拉松,
2013年再戰太魯閣之後開始進入sub2的世界XD
換了新工作之後休假時間不固定把握難得輪到週末放假的時候剛好是跑季,
三、四月一口氣報了七場賽事(五場半馬、兩場12K)當成練身體也是以賽代訓
Nike這場賽事是上半年度的最後一場也是生涯第12場,
經過上週末連兩天的12K之後,自暴自棄的全休了六天XDDD,
提前北上安排了母女小旅行,行軍又暴飲暴食了兩天等著比賽XD
[賽前晚上:報應來了,不知道是不是過太爽還是怎樣]
稍早吃了從迪化街買來的謎樣甘草橄欖竟然讓我上吐下瀉...(我媽沒吃橄欖歸欉好好)
完全是癱坐在浴室地上洗完澡,大概十點半就昏睡了完全連衣服都沒能拆開
凌晨三點半驚醒(幸好有先設鬧鐘),檢查一下手腳應該是可以跑吧(其實捨不得報名費)
ˋˊ 趕快換衣服別號碼簿搭計程車去會場集合,
賽前簡單吃了一包Energy In跟半瓶紅牛,處於一個止瀉但是腿微軟的狀態
寄物流程井然有序,一萬多個妹,真的目不暇給而且會場莫名香香的(?)
起跑準時,看到前排選手壓低身體衝出去的感覺真的令人起雞皮疙瘩
要跟著跑500公尺可能都會往生XDDD
「不知道為甚麼在比賽當天都會覺得姐今天特強的」結果就是腦充血的跑了太快
也可能是習慣了上週的12K配5分速,前12K平均有在五分速以內
賽道平坦沒有太多上下坡,路線也很明確,可惜的是有部分的里程放反了XDD
大概在在跑到第5-7K的時候發現怎麼順序怪怪的
經過5K的時候看到的是6K(還是7K)的旗幟,
難道要突破1:45的大關了嗎?一看表才知道「原來是個美麗的誤會哈哈哈哈」
轉進河濱之後有一段好長的逆風跟大太陽,曬到有點晃神
中間有兩三公里速度降到5:15,雙腿感覺亦趨沈重了,
多虧有中途的DJ動滋動,以及樂團、擊鼓振奮人心啊(驚醒)
還有最後1K那10個內心戲拱門,竟然意外還跑出4:40的速度
賽後領補給的速度很快,但是領髮帶就完全是另一場戰役了...
即便是半馬前段班回來,也難敵鋪天蓋地的10K大軍,
一萬多個妹在現場耶!
動線亂七八糟,看到不少精疲力竭的女孩眼神堅定(渙散)的要排到髮帶,
深深覺得Nike跟蘋果一樣不只是個品牌可能是個宗教了...|||
關鍵在於可以領的窗口太少
賽後梳妝台的數量>補給窗口+髮帶窗口,Nike是在想什麼Q^Q
更別提另外一邊的蘇菲還有台新的窗口了,全部整合起來只要排(痛苦)一次不好嗎?
小小的會場塞滿了天長地久的排隊的人龍,趕緊在人潮往接駁車移動前離開會場
完賽的毛巾顏色跟去年很像,包裝還有工作人員貼心的塗鴉說我愛你(受寵若驚)
完賽項鍊說真的不是我的菜...領完就直接送給朋友了(還我獎牌阿給我這個幹嘛!!!)
完賽T比去年好太多,排汗衫才實用你說是不是!
賽後補給是一杯像飼料的麥片跟兩條巧克力一瓶舒跑,當時天氣太熱根本吃不下XD
(幸好賽後訂了跑者餐廳當補給!還有遇到亂帥一把的張嘉哲)
賽後不免俗到Neo19的功德牆去找名字,順便領贈送的布扣(跟去年送的一樣~)
以這兩個月的平地馬每一場大約都推進一分鐘的規律來看,
下一場可以跑進1:45嗎(癡心妄想)
成績:1:46:35
[趣聞]
起跑不久就發現前面有一個無敵正的長腿名模又跑得好快,
隱約有聽到攝影師跟前面的工作人員很熱情的說:「Liya加油」(連閃了十幾個快門)
沒想到名模跑那麼快讓不讓人活啊!!!!!(眼神死)
邊跑邊想:跑輸我就不要活了之類的murmur,竟然越離越遠看不到車尾燈的那種...
導致我了無生趣,結果......她不是王麗雅XDDD(卻還被叫整路的)
