小周天 - 氣功 Qigong

幾個禮拜前,在有一天晚上睡不著覺的時候
突然想到曾經看過可以以躺著的姿勢練小周天
於是我就開始試試看
一開始先將意念放在丹田位置
之後慢慢有壓力的感覺,然後慢慢移到會陰再到命門
在這邊突然感到腰部有點痠
當時沒做理會,繼續將意念導至背部,再到頸部,最後到頭部
在背部時也是感到有點痠,等到了頭部之後感覺有點脹脹的
意守在頭部一段時間後並不覺得有清涼感
最後再從眉間、人中、膻中,再回到丹田
其實不知道自己練得是對還是不對
不知道該遵循怎樣的步驟
