練功者取站﹑坐姿勢,全身放鬆,自然呼吸。入靜後,以意引氣從下丹田沿督脈上行,同
時自鼻中發出(吸)音,推動真氣上行,經由會陰﹑尾閭﹑命門﹑大椎﹑玉枕至百會。自口
中發出呼音,推動真氣下行,由上丹田﹑中丹田﹑復降下丹田。
靜坐姿勢分雙盤、單盤、自然盤,任選一種。坐時要做到三折式,即臀部略向後,腹部稍
鼓起,胸部微前俯,不故意做作,以舒適為度。雙手相握置於腹下。
然後微閉雙目,安然入靜,不思,不看,不聽,不動,舌抵上鄂,口中津滿隨即緩慢咽下
。初練者往往雜念紛紜,時滅時起,可採取隨息法消除之。
呼吸要求由緩慢細柔逐漸達到深長,若有若無,一似龜息。呼氣時,意識隨氣息經胸胃直
達小腹,心窩略內陷(即心窩下降法)。這時,練功者有氣息下沉的感覺,即氣貫丹田。
意識若不隨之而下,即無此感覺,也即有了雜念。
所說隨息、心窩下降、氣貫丹田,全是意識暗示,現實的呼吸仍然是鼻吸鼻呼,僅在呼氣
時意識暗示氣貫小腹,用此法沉氣既可避免產生雜念,又可避免久練後出現胃滿胸梗之弊
,可謂一舉兩得。
如此練習三月,小腹必然產生熱氣,此時即可運氣,使通小周天。小周天有一定線路,即
任督二脈,從後上經前下,來回不止,迴圈不息。具體操作方法如下:用意識假想丹田有
一股熱氣,由丹田下行,循小腹,抵臍下四寸中極穴,經會陰,過穀道(肛門)至尾閭,
沿夾脊棘突中上行,達頭頂百會穴,再下顏面,過喉,由胸腹正中線入丹田中。略頓一頓
,仍循前法,周而復始,迴圈不已,至練功畢時為止。
小周天所說丹田,為臍下一寸五分之氣海穴。
練小周天時切忌用力吸氣,或拱背挺肩低頭使後頸用力提升,否則易生流弊。必須以意識
暗示緩慢引氣上升,若無上升感覺,多練多引自然成功。務必順序漸進,不急不噪,因勢
利導。急躁冒進,要產生偏差。
小周天通達後,即可運用此法治病,但需事前弄清楚病區病灶與十二經絡、奇經八脈的關
係,然後才能引氣循經運行,氣攻病所,取得預計的效果。例如,足少陽膽經所屬病區病
灶或足少陽膽經所過之處有疾病痛癢,即可引氣循足少陽膽經運行。具體運行線路,用意
識暗示丹田有熱氣下行,過小腹,繞陰器,過穀道,到尾閭,即向兩側旁開一寸五分沿足
太陽膀胱經上行,抵後頸大椎穴會合,上達頭頂百會穴,下顏面,向兩肩的肩井穴去,然
後入腋下三寸淵液穴,至乳前第二肋骨期門穴,斜向臍旁九寸章門穴,直下至環跳穴,再
下經風市而至膝下外側陽陵泉,達踝上三寸懸鍾穴而抵終點足底湧泉穴止。
另一種小周天治病運氣法,不經過小周天迂回老路,而是以意領氣,抄直就捷,直達病所
,醫治疾病。此種方法若順其勢,可氣到病除,若逆其勢,則弄巧成拙,增加病情。
不論是靜坐吐納,周天運氣或運氣治病,都必須在收功前氣沉小腹,然後微開雙目,輕伸
手足,緩慢移步;切勿匆促,然後按摩八會穴,輔助周天運氣之不足。
