如何提升 9k 速度 - 路跑 Road Running

各位好,
從去年 4 月開始練跑到現在 ( 嚴格講也不能算練 )
從 3k 開始,目前已經可以跑 9k 約在 54 ~ 56 分鐘之前
想將速度提升至每公里 5 分鐘,請問什麼樣的菜單適合
目前是每週跑 2 次 9k,希望其中一次可調整為跑間歇
請大家給予我建議,感謝
