如何兼顧重量訓練和中長跑訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

因為敝人之前3~4月有間隔一天練1200跑走,但覺的成績一直在及格邊緣,好像沒啥進
步...所以我一直想參考最專業、最科學、最有效率的中長跑訓練法...
可是有些專家意見不一樣, 而且好像都講的很有道理耶...

說法1:
<丹尼爾博士跑步方程式>的建立體能基礎的訓練周期1,建議:
「1週排3次阻力訓練,阻力需先調輕點...低負荷阻力訓練排在E日(緩和有氧跑30分的
訓練日),最好先練有氧跑再阻力訓練,或是阻力訓練完後數小時再練跑...」
說法2:
PTT/MuscleBeach版的NinjaTurtle大大建議:

「無論是重訓或校隊集訓都至少間隔一天(雖然可能集訓不是你能決定時間的),然而並

問題1:丹尼爾博士所說的低負荷阻力訓練,每組應該幾下力竭呢?每日阻力訓練的總時間
、總組數、組間休息...需不需要調整?

a到底按運動生理學排課表,應該像丹尼爾博士所說「1週排3次阻力訓練,排在緩和有氧
訓練日」(照他排的課表, 較高強度跑步訓練後,直接就是緩和訓練日了);
b或是像NinjaTurtle所說「重訓或較高強度專項訓練,都至少間隔一天」
問題2:請問哪種課表排法,對中長跑的成績提升較有幫助
(我去年有練幾個月短跑,感覺有練大肌群、訓練時間>1小時、總訓練組數>20組的重量
訓練,就算是練胸、背,練後也應該休2天,不然練短跑時會牽動到酸痛的肌肉,會無法
跑出最好成績)
