團練有人帶是幸福的阿!
大家一起跑對課表訓練的幫助很大的。
這是我們進化團最近一年才有明顯感受到的。
我自己通常的情況下都是熱身就感覺當天狀況
很差,對於能否完成當天的課表感到悲觀。
但就是咬牙緊跟車頭把課表跑完。
這裡面的生理機制我猜是車頭不服輸不想被後
面追過,而乘客很努力的咬住前面的人。
或是覺得自己快不行了,但是夥伴們都還在跑,
所以也就不想放棄然後咬牙堅持住。
然後就腦袋能刺激到身體跑到快那麼一點點的
速度。
跑步的團練應該和雁行理論有那麼幾分類似的
地方。
剛好看到Carrie(Homeland)講了一段話:"在最艱
難無法多堅持一秒的時候,這就是要持續努力的
地方,因為這就是取得突破的關鍵。"
我真的覺得在團練中伙伴們互相激勵,就是能在自己多堅持一下的關鍵。
