雖然我上過的PUMP老師不多,
不過我覺得NIKE、SOPHIE跟WAYNE都很不錯喔!
(話說小強老師你好久沒出現了)
NIKE雖然兇了點,但是會一直一直一直提醒動作。
(這麼多"一直"應該看得出來他一直的程度了吧。)
SOPHIE的動作講解得很清楚,
肌肉群的使用都會說明,
我很喜歡她說話的聲音 :D
小強除了自己認真做,猛示範以外,
也會下來幫會員做調整。
(我真不懂,這麼認真的老師還有人去客訴調整動作?!)
一開始上課先著重在動作的標準,
再逐步加上重量,給自己一點挑戰,
加油囉!
