問個超初心者的問題 收操的時機? - 路跑 Road Running

關於跑步
其實之前斷斷續續有跑過一陣子
說有跑其實跑得很隨便
只是坐辦公室坐久了,下班想跟朋友去戶外透透氣,順便聊個天
今天中午發現了路跑版,爬了一下文
才發現認真跑步的人這麼多,也深刻體會到自己跑得有多隨便
我平日跑步所謂熱身只是轉轉脖子跟腳踝
完全沒有收操的觀念,
只知道傻傻的跑,覺得有運動到就好
今天跑步,想著一定要認真熱身跟收操
跑完3000後,於是做一下之前爬文看到的伸展姿勢

結果把腳壓向臀部時,我好像聽到啪的一聲
然後大腿就是一陣劇痛
想說應該是抽筋了,只好一拐一拐的走回家
現在這股痛還漫延到小腿去了 囧
不知道是不是因為緩和的時間不夠
我跑完3000之後,有走個100~150左右才做伸展
請問一下,運動完要休息多久才能做伸展呢??
真是個笨問題,還請版上前輩不吝賜答~~
