我連續吃一個月麥當勞
在0803~0903的時候 實驗看看
接下來就是這樣
希望大家要有心理準備

不要在接送女友送愛心麥當勞
你會傷荷包
她會傷身
身體有一點容易冒冷汗,所以冬天不知道會不會好一點
目前本人0903後開始搭配健身運動
身體開始慢慢好一點,線條也回來了
不過這過程不管是吃
還是運動,都讓我受盡折磨
乎~~
下ㄧ次我不敢在體驗了
