半馬的配速 - 路跑 Road Running

最近開始要準備新北市議長杯半馬,
先說一下我的狀況,目前10k最佳成績
是40:10,但半馬最佳成績1:34。
目前的練法不外乎是yasso 800
temp run 6-10k(比賽前會練到10k,41分左右)
LSD 5min/km 20k(目前最大的問題在此)
有空會輕鬆跑10K
上次去跑海山馬時,開始的配速是以temp run+10秒,
但跑到9k就有點爆掉了,導致配速一直掉,最後只跑
了1:34左右。
我的問題就是在於,我的LSD配速只在5 min/km,但
比賽時卻需要跑4:15左右,這其間的差距是否會太大,
還是需要在比賽前一個月,要提高LSD的配速?
或是需要另外練習半馬的配速跑?比如用4:15配速跑15km……等。
