半馬後隔天精力特好 - 路跑 Road Running

各位好~
第一次發文請指教~~
去年首次慢跑 從3k-5k-6k-7k
年底穩定一周一次8k
兩個月前一周一次10k
最近想挑戰自主半馬
這四周拉長成一周一次
分別是15k-15k-21k-21k
跑完21k的隔日雖有肌肉痠痛
可是感覺精力旺盛到想再去跑一下
不知道這樣是正常的嗎?
