跑完身題出狀況 - 路跑 Road Running

今天跑完PUMA夜跑半馬,有兩大疑問
第一是我跑完之後(三小時)又排隊排很久去領完賽贈品,坐車回家又站了一個多小時,這
段期間都沒事
但是我一到家之後,整個人從腳到嘴巴都是麻的,而且非常暈眩,快昏倒的程度,請問是
因為我從頭到尾都用跑的,導致血液循環出問題嗎?
第二是我上次跑半馬因為天氣酷熱,有一大段都是用步行
這次為了雪恥刻意全程不停
但結果成績居然差不多..........
想請教各位先進,
1.所以還是要停下來用走的對身體比較好嗎?
2.原來跑進sub2那麼難,好沮喪
你們都是怎麼練成的呢?
