大家好
最近開始勤練慢跑加減肥
目前遇到小瓶頸
先說說我目前的訓練量
我大概一個禮拜跑三次左右
一次大概3到5公里 但是配速很慢
大概都是六分半到七分之間
至於沒有跑步的天數 大概就是做做核心
棒式 V式 靠牆蹲 這三個
每個一分鐘 然後循環三次
再來是每天如果記得 就會每天瞪腳200次(就是抬腳掌)
一週的訓練量大概是這樣 目前大概作了三個禮拜左右
想問問這樣的話
要如何能夠進步為順利跑完10公里?
而且我希望能在一小時完成..
而我已經報名6/25的星光馬拉松...
所以我希望能在6/25能完成一小時10公里的目標...
目前遇到的瓶頸就是跑不完10km...超過5km就會很累 跑不動..
請問各位要怎麼改進我目前的訓練方式才能達標?
是要先拉長時間 還是拉長距離 還是增加跑步次數
還是核心菜單要改變?
