加快速度還是增加里程數 - 路跑 Road Running

看了前面板友討論跑步速度對照自己目前的狀況還是有些疑問
目前我大概一理拜跑三次,每次4k,然後之前測過速度大概是5K 25分
一直以來目標是5k 20到23分內,可是總覺得原地踏步沒有進步
所以我應該慢慢加理程數還是再加快速度比較好?
看到板友文章希望自己哪天也可以跑到10K以上
