各位板友大家好,小弟我大概從今年四月初為了減肥,開始跑步,跑著跑著
就跑出興趣來了。
這個月不小心手滑,報了富邦的全馬,報名以前其實還滿有信心可以在六個
半小時以內跑完,但是報名以後,我才發現根本是我看錯時間,實際時間只
有五個半小時。
目前一個星期大概跑二次10km~12km,大概是5分半的速度,場地是學校的pu
跑道,自已有測試過跑21km(110~120分左右),跑完的當下小腿、膝蓋、大腿
都相當的不舒服,小腿跟大腿整隻硬邦邦,膝蓋則是會隱隱作痛(好像只會痛
右腳)。
想請問各位資深的跑友,我目前這樣有機會在時限內跑完全馬嗎?
是否還要針對小腿、膝蓋、大腿作加強的訓練?
針對膝蓋痛的問題,是否能透過護膝、跑鞋來改善呢?
