小弟跑步跑了將近五個月,
每個禮拜固定跑三到四天,
這個月進步到每次都跑一個小時10K,
接著我發現我體重是比以前更輕的,(大概五公斤)
但是食量是變得比以前更大,
現在一餐大概要吃25顆(大size)水餃,
或者兩份便當以上才吃得飽,
這是正常現象嗎?
我已經有點沒辦法負荷自己的飲食費用了...,
可是我越吃越多,
請問該控制自己飲食嗎?
