我是跑山路為主偶爾會跑操場,
之前跑步是數字記圈數老是數到忘記,
今天跑步用不同方法記效果還不錯,
我的圈數記法是記佛號,
因為我家附近的操場是二百公尺,
我是記1.釋迦牟尼佛,2.阿彌陀佛.......10.地藏王菩薩,
一次十個決定自己喜歡的順序(我是依地位從佛到菩薩),
十個數完代表我跑了十圈,
各位大大也可以依自己交過的女友或喜歡的對像等來排,
如果今天要跑12K,跑完6K就往回頭跑反方向,
因為我覺得順及逆圈跑左右兩腳施力點略有不同.
像我跑步時習慣一直默念佛號,
即不無聊也不會雜念太多,
給大家參考希望各位大大也能夠找到適合自己的方法.
