新手參加
想請問一下那體檢是檢查什麼呀??
注意事項還特別提示:沒過,恕不退費
還有大家怎麼練爬樓梯??速度怎麼配的呀??
一般跑5km大概在25分上下的,爬101一層的配速大概是多少????
奮力衝刺+一次爬兩格,最多也只能衝到八樓(花不到40秒吧)
接著就在喘大氣+腿沒力...Orz
