不會縮網址,要二行合成一行
我覺得在試上課的時候,可以從這些比較有問題的動作中
去觀察老師怎麼上
像我覺得犁鋤不是不能做
但我在健身房上瑜珈提斯時,有個老師每堂課都會做犁鋤
而且動作常重覆五六次,都用犁鋤來帶腹部動作
其實這位老師之前上課操歸操,但倒一直沒什麼太誇張的動作
直到最近狂做犁鋤,做之前也沒有做肩頸暖身
讓我覺得不很專業,就此放棄上她的課
我覺得很奇怪,我一直以為像直腿後彎、360度繞頸
容易造成傷害的動作要謹慎以待(我覺得並非不能做,而是「怎麼做」)
應該是基本常識(我這種半調子學員都知道了,為什麼老師不知道?)
別說瑜珈老師,有些動作有氧老師也耳提面命過呢
只是每次這樣一檢驗,結果能跟的老師總是沒幾個
就會覺得是不是自己太挑剔了
