不知道為何很疲憊 - 路跑 Road Running

新手問題,請多指教
一直都有慢跑的習慣,不過之前都是跑跑步機,大概四月左右開始路跑
之前每次差不多都跑5~6K,偶爾當天狀況不太好的話會跑4K,盡量維持跑一休一,
有時候很忙會跑一休二。
想突破6K心理障礙(每次跑到6K就自我感覺良好急著收工...) 加上報名10月半馬想練練
於是6/23開始每次跑7k,大概43~50分鐘跑完,跑一休一,休息的那天會作瑜珈
就這樣跑了兩星期多,身體開始突然覺得很疲倦,就算我休了三天也沒用
以前跑4K很輕鬆,跑完心情會很好,最近跑4K超吃力,覺得身體很重,跑完覺得很沮喪
這是7K跑一休一太密集?但我之前都6K跑一休一沒什麼問題
還是只是正常的過渡期,照著原本的方式繼續練,久了身體習慣了就好了?
或者我應該補充什麼其他練習呢?
